Smaller (50 cm) and lighter (8.8 kg) than the KRA-1007, but with the same performance. This version is especially suitable for pleasure craft and for mast mounting on yachts.
A nice innovation in this model is the variable antenna speed with a fast rotation of 48 rpm for a better view at very short range and slower rotation (36 rpm and 24 rpm) for medium and long ranges.
The KRA-1009 comes with a 15-meter cable.
